Clear, consistent pricing. No hidden charges.
 

We provide a personalised quote following a free home assessment.

How pricing works

We visit you at home (no charge) to understand your needs and routines. You then receive a written quote with proposed visit times. There is no obligation to proceed.

What affects your quote

Visit length and frequency (morning, lunchtime, evening, bedtime)
 

Type of support (personal care, medication, meals, wellbeing checks, companionship)
 

Any specialist needs (e.g. dementia support, moving and handling)
 

Start date and scheduling preferences

What’s included as standard

Trained, DBS-checked care workers and a small, consistent team
 

Care planning, risk assessments and regular reviews
 

Visit confirmations and optional family updates (with consent)
 

Insurance, supervision and quality monitoring
 

Transparent invoicing — no add-on fees


After the visit we provide a clear plan, personalised price, and suggested start date

Visit lengths

 15–30 minutes: wellbeing/safety checks; drink or medication prompts
 

45 minutes: unhurried personal care and light support
 

60 minutes+: fuller support, meals and companionship
 

Overnights (sleep-in or waking night): available where assessed as appropriate

Reassurance calls

 Short check-ins can be arranged (one-off or several per day). A brief text or call update can be provided if requested.

Travel and other costs

No mileage or travel fees within the Royal Borough of Greenwich
 

Shopping items/consumables (if requested) are charged at cost with receipts
 

No joining fees

Changing or cancelling visits

Please give 24 hours’ notice for non-urgent changes or cancellations. We will always try to support urgent situations—please call us.

Invoicing and payment

 Monthly invoices, in arrears
 

Payment by Direct Debit or bank transfer
 

Statements show dates, times and a brief summary of visit notes

Funding and benefits

 You may be able to use:

  • Direct Payments
     
  • Council-managed budgets (we can liaise with your social worker)
     
  • NHS Continuing Healthcare (where eligible)
     
  • Benefits such as Attendance Allowance or PIP
     

We can provide quotes or information to share with the local authority or NHS teams

Annual price review

 Prices are reviewed once a year. We provide at least 30 days’ notice of any change.
