You can raise a complaint in the way that suits you:
You may ask a family member, friend, or advocate to complain on your behalf.
You can use the same methods to share a compliment or feedback.
We welcome all feedback to recognise great care and improve our service. With your permission, we may share your compliment with the team or use it (anonymised if you prefer) in staff recognition and service improvement.
If you remain dissatisfied after our final response, you can request an internal review by the Nominated Individual. The Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) accepts complaints about adult social care (including self-funded services) once our process is complete. If your care is arranged or funded by the Royal Borough of Greenwich, you may also use their complaints process. The CQC welcomes feedback about services but does not investigate individual complaints.
