A trained care worker will pop in at agreed times, check for slips/trips/falls risk, make sure your parent is safe and comfortable (with optional hydration/medication prompts), and text or call you after each visit.

Yes. We contact you straight away and follow your escalation plan (e.g., GP, 111/999, next of kin). We record what happened and what actions we took.
